• Any information you provide about yourself, someone else, vehicle registration, or details of other drivers involved (if known) will assist us in processing your report. It may also be used for other permitted purposes.
• Your report may be used as a legal document, so it's important to be truthful, and as accurate as possible.
• Please allow up to 20 minutes to complete.
• The report cannot be saved to complete later.
• The report will timeout after one hour of inactivity.
